TPT is one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in education! Driven by our mission to empower teachers to teach at their best, TPT’s eye towards innovation enables us to meet the ever-evolving needs of teachers and students.
TPT hosts more than 7 million educator-created learning resources across all grade levels and subjects, making it possible for every educator to share and access ideas, resources, and inspiration. In April 2022, we introduced our Content Moderation Advisory Board, an ongoing partnership with external experts whose experiences span across educational equity, inclusive curriculum, history, and content moderation. The Content Moderation Advisory Board advises TPT on content moderation policies and practices to provide an inclusive platform for all students and teachers.
This past year, we also incorporated Easel into TPT School Access, which makes it easier than ever for teachers to create and source interactive lessons that engage students and differentiate learning. TPT School Access is used by thousands of districts and school leaders to provide their teachers with rigorous learning materials on TPT – and now with the added benefit of saving much-needed time to prioritize digital-first instruction. Through TPT School Access, schools and districts have access to TPT’s comprehensive library of standards-aligned resources for every grade, subject, and specialty. Thanks to features like auto-grading, audio recording, and more, nearly 1.5 million educators have already used Easel to successfully integrate interactive activities and presentations into the classroom to enhance learning.
This latest recognition from Fast Company signifies all the ways TPT has grown, and in this spirit of innovation, we will continue to set our sights on unlocking the collective wisdom of our educator community for many years to come.
